Yes, if you have a specific number in mind, you can mention this in your post. If you’re flexible, see what our designers can create with your pieces and see their individual prices. You will always get a quote before accepting any designer’s offers to work on your project.

When you post your project, chat with the designer you’re interested in and see if they’re willing to work with you. You can also see what other designers have in mind with your project and see if any ideas spark your curiosity.

You can either choose to ship your piece to the designer or attend an in-person meeting and fitting. Just pick the method that works best for you! It’s the same method for picking it up after it’s all done!

Yes, our designers know their customers want to see their hard work in action. They will chat with you during the entire production time, showing progress each step of the way.

It’s your project, so show us what you want! When you post your project, share inspiration pictures, or a description of what you’re looking for, so our designers are aware and can help you create exactly what you’re looking for.

Because each project is unique, there is not set timeline. We recommend that once you’re happy with what your designer has given you, book them as soon as possible, as they can get very busy rather quickly. If you’re on a deadline, create your project post sooner rather than later, and ask your designer to complete it before the deadline to ensure everyone is happy.
