Yes, if you have a specific number in mind, you can set the budget in your post. If you’re flexible, see what our designers can create with your ideas. You will always get a quote before accepting any designer’s offers to work on your project.

When you post your project, chat with the designer you’re interested in and see if you align! You can also see what other designers have in mind with your project and see if any ideas spark your curiosity.

You can either choose to ship your piece to the designer or attend an in-person meeting and fitting (if they are based near you). Just pick the method that works best for you and your project.

Yes, our designers know their customers want to see their hard work in action! They will chat with you throughout the process, showing progress each step of the way.

It’s your project, so show us what you want! When you post your project, share inspiration pictures, or a description of what you’re looking for, so our designers can help you create exactly what you’re looking for.

Because each project is unique, there is no set timeline. We recommend that once you’re happy with your designer’s ideas and quote, book them in as soon as possible. They can get very busy rather quickly. If you’re on a deadline, create your project post sooner rather than later, and ask your designer if they're able to complete it before the deadline.
