The Process:
Download the app by searching for ‘Loom: Redesign Your Wardrobe’ in the app store (available for iOS & Android) + create your account.

Don't worry if you're stuck for ideas - our designers will reach out and share theirs!

Your project is posted! Our Loom designers will reach out to you to discuss your project.
Make sure you have your notifications on so you don’t miss a message in your inbox - you can also reach out to us with any questions via Loom Support.
Once you’ve discussed your idea with a designer, they’ll send you a quote and once accepted & paid, the magic begins.
Step 4:
Ship your item to your selected designer, or meet them in person to have a fitting and deliver your item.
Step 5:
Receive your redesigned item back and enjoy your completely unique design, which has been tailored for you.

Redesigning a piece from your wardrobe for the first time?
It can feel a little daunting, we know. Whether it’s your beloved wedding dress or a cherished family heirloom, we’re often asked how we guarantee the quality of our designers on the app.
We want you to feel completely confident.
That’s why all of our incredible designers are carefully vetted before they are accepted on the app. This includes a close look at their past work, verified commercial experience working for a design studio, atelier, or as a tailor, and of course, a face-to-face meeting. Our bridal designers meet an even higher set of requirements, and you can often meet them in person to discuss your ideas in advance.
When you accept a quote on the app, you will pay 100% of the cost upfront, which includes the designer’s fee & our Loom commission. 50% of the fee is paid to the designer once the project is accepted, and the remainder is paid once a customer has marked the project as completed.
